Pricing questions
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee. You only pay 6% + $0.50 per order when a customer pays, and that already includes card processing.
Card processing is included in the fee. There are no setup fees and no extra card charges on top.
Pro drops your fee to 3% + $0.50 per order. If you sell around $1,000 or more a month, the lower fee alone roughly covers the $29 subscription — plus you get discount codes, wholesale ordering, customer messaging, email broadcasts, sales insights and the Drop and Editorial designs.
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or cancel at any time from your billing page. If Pro ends, your store keeps working on Free and your saved Pro settings are kept in case you come back.
Payments go directly to your Stripe account and are paid out to your bank account according to your Stripe payout schedule.
No. Customers pay the prices you set. FirstBatch doesn't add a separate customer fee at checkout, and customers don't need an account to order.
